EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS



We have a Conditional Exchange & Return Policy in place, which is in effect for up to 7 days after you Receive Your Purchase. If 7 days or more, have elapsed since you have received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or accept a return and issue a refund, for whatsoever reason. To complete your exchange or process your return and issue a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Guddi’s Frames of Arts/Razorpay.

We only exchange or refund items if they are defective or damaged, due to error on our part. To be eligible for an exchange of product(s), or to return it and receive a refund, for either part of, or the complete value of your Order, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Items must also be in original packaging. Some of our products and services may not be eligible for exchanges, returns, and/or refunds on a case-to-case basis.

In case of an exchange or item(s) and processing of returns and refunds, once received by us, the said product(s) will be inspected. We will send you an email to the email id shared by you when creating a User Account or making a Purchase, to notify you that we have received your item for exchange or return and refund as requested. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange or return and refund.

If approved, then your exchange, return and/or refund will be processed as relevant. In the case of returns and refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card, bank, payment gateway or method of payment you used, within 30 business days.

Shipping costs and payment aggregator fees are non-refundable. We will not be able to refund the same.

There are certain situations where exchanges, returns, and/or refunds would not be possible including but not limited to:
* The product/item has obvious signs of use.
* An item is not in its original condition.
* The original packaging is destroyed/damaged.
* An item is damaged of has parts missing.
Please Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, due to error on our part. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted, promotional, and/on-sale items cannot be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days from the date of refund approval, please first check your payment method/issuer that you used when making the payment again. In some cases, such as with credit card or debit card refunds, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted by your payment issuer or bank. Please check with them about processing times as well.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS SHIPPING
For exchange and return and refund requests please send an email to bhavanirao@guddisframes.com. You also need to mail your exchange or return item(s) to: 108, Shree Complex, 73 St. John's Road, Near-Commercial Street, St Johns Rd, Bengaluru, KA, 560042, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item.
